Something for a Snowy Saturday Morning (6WS)

Sat and watched this whole thing,  learned a neat new way
to take tight corners, too...

  1. The need for speed, not so much in me. But, fun to watch.

  4. I must be old. Or a Yankee. Or something. But my reaction to this is negative on so many levels. I mean, I recognize the driver's talent and all that, but beyond that...nah. bad.

  5. oh mr. grumpy. I know, waste of time, fuel, energy, im sure the neighbors went out of town while this was going on, there are probably dogs right now in SF who are STILL barking about this, but in spite of all that, it was kinda fun to watch.
Go look at the Silhouettes video again. Soothe your tortured soul...

  8. Fascinating to see the streets that empty, and one lone cyclist allowing himself (and oh the trust) to be circled like that...showed it to the mister last night, told him I was going to have to practice that tight cornering--he rolled his eyes and went back downstairs...=)

btw I never watch races, horrible waste of everything, but for some reason this just appeals...

    and I can understand Ron.'s POV--but still ...
